OKLAHOMA CITY — Love’s Travel Stops makes Upside available to customers at nearly 300 locations nationwide. Upside identifies nearby users and drives them to participating locations using personalized cashback offers delivered through the mobile app.
“We will continue to look for new opportunities to provide good value and competitive pricing to customers,” said Francie Koop, senior manager of customer and brand strategy for Love’s.
Upside’s incentives allow merchants, including gas stations and convenience stores, a way to offer cash back offers. By leveraging Upside’s app and partner apps to reach more than 30 million consumers, participating retailers use available capacity without increasing operating costs.
“Upside enables merchants to reach new customers and drive attributable volume that has proven to be incremental and profitable for their business,” said Kevin Hart, Upside’s senior vice president of fuel. “We are proud to include Love’s as an option for our users.”
Washington, DC-based Upside partners with more than 50,000 nationwide gas stations, c-stores, grocery stores and restaurants to help merchants reach new customers and convert them into regular buyers.
Upside is a retail technology company on a mission to help communities thrive. The technology has helped millions of people gain more purchasing power for the things they need, and tens of thousands of brick-and-mortar businesses are making measurable profits, it says. Billions of dollars in commerce pass through the Upside platform each year, and that value goes directly back to retailers, the consumers they serve and to sustainability initiatives, it said.
Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores remains family owned and operated. Love’s provides professional truckers and motorists with 24-hour access to gas, diesel, coffee, restaurant deals and more. With more than 590 locations, Love’s is now in 42 states.
